Sea Mammal Research Unit (SMRU)

SMRU Ltd works closely with SMRU’s world leading research facilities and staff, their seal tagging fabrication and data interpretation teams. SMRU staff are contracted for commercial projects managed by SMRU Ltd.  The company is wholly owned by the University of St Andrews and has full access to expertise and data sets held within SMRU that would otherwise be unavailable to industry.

Centre for Research into Ecological and Environmental Modelling (CREEM)

CREEM are the very best global modellers and data analysis experts. Their unrivalled expertise is invaluable for the analyse pf complex and low confidence biological datasets. 

SOI Ltd

SOI Ltd provides industrial access to expertise at the Scottish Oceans Institute at the University of St Andrews, including SERG and FEEA. This expertise includes ornithology, benthic ecology, geochemical analysis, coastal habitats and much more. Their expertise contributes to EIAs and complements SMRU Ltd's work perfectly.
