Mrs Moya Crawford (Chairman)
Moya Crawford is the chairman of SMRU Ltd’s Board. She has unrivalled experience of offshore industry having developed deep water salvage techniques with her company Deeptek Ltd. Moya has a profound understanding of the role of pure research in the commercial world and through her role in SMRU Ltd continues to bridge the gap between academia and the marine and offshore industries.
Moya has held positions on the Board of the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS), and is actively involved in the Society for Underwater Technology. Moya’s experience provides SMRU Ltd with invaluable insight into the cutting edge of offshore industry and deepwater technology.
